We are MTU Book Club. We believe that students are under so much stress with assignments, essay writing, and projects that they become overworked. We think having a time to unwind and not step away from college, work or any other issues that they are dealing with. We are open to book suggestions from students which will be voted on so please email us if you have a favourite book or author.
We are hoping to run a book club where people talk about their favourite books, a book is read at home and talked about at the meeting or even if people would like to read aloud at the meetings.
You know the satisfaction of meeting another person who's read the same book as you and you can talk about it without spoiling it? Imagine that but a group of people. It's amazing!
