The Mature Student Society is run for mature students by mature students. The group organizes monthly coffee mornings as well as social events which take place several times a year. This is a great way to meet mature students from other courses across the college and to chat with people in a similar position to yourself and who may be experiencing similar issues and might have some tips on how to deal with them.
We have coffee mornings, online chats & giveaways.
We know how busy everyone's lives are so we meet up when we can - creating a support network of older students who may have other commitments (work, family, etc.)
2019 - Society was founded by Chairperson Robyn Coleman
