Just a bunch of MTU Cork students who love sci-fi! Join us for weekly screenings and a wide selection of other events. Winner of Best New Society at the BICS National Society of the Year Awards 2020!

The MTU Cork Sci-Fi Society caters to fans of all aspects of science fiction. With everything from screenings and comic libraries to convention trips and themed competitions, there's never a dull moment here! We regularly team up with local businesses in Cork to bring our members a variety of outings and prizes, and frequently collaborate with other societies both in MTU and UCC to organise fun experiences for everyone! Get access to our Discord server when you register for the society, where you'll be able to partake in online discourse, embrace your creative side with our dedicated art channel, and socialise with tonnes of like-minded individuals in the college!
