The society is welcoming to everyone from all parts of the world whether you are Irish, or here studying from another country.
We are a very relaxed society where our main goal is to help students from all over to get settled into university life here in Tralee, while also making a bunch of new friends and learning about all the different cultures and people we have studying here in Ireland whether it's for one year or more.
It can be very lonely and intimidating for a lot of people to go live in another country alone where they don't know anyone or what everyday life is like here in Ireland. While you may have already made friends through your accommodation or classes, there are LOADS of different people here in your same situation.
We meet up once every two weeks with the goal to eventually have days out and trips around Ireland!
